2. ARE YOU LEGIT?

3. WHAT ARE YOU SELLING?
we are primarily selling official kpop merchandise--including albums and other special releases--and kbeauty products and sometimes Korean food.
4. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
we accept payments through the following: BPI, Metrobank, GCash, and remittance centers. payment details (such as account number, name of the receiver, cellphone number) are indicated in your invoice.
5. WHAT IS DOP? DO YOU ACCEPT DOWNPAYMENT?
DOP stands for deadline of payment.
we accept 50% downpayment payable within a week after confirming your order. the remaining balance is to be paid on the deadline indicated in your invoice (of course, this varies across different items so please please take note of the details provided to you in the email confirmation).
6. I ALREADY PLACED AN ORDER. WHY DIDN'T I RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION?
once you have SUCCESSFULLY placed an order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation from the site. kindly check your spam folder if you did not receive any.
if ordering from the site, we recommend creating an account so you can check your orders. (note: the order and shipping status can be found under our Masterlist tab.)
7. WHAT DO I DO AFTER PAYING?
please submit your proof of payment (screenshot of receipt or transaction) to our payment form found here. only the payments sent through our payment form will be recorded. failure to do so may result in your payment/s UNCONFIRMED or NOT REFLECTED on the tracker (Masterlist). proof of payments sent through email won't be acknowledged as these have become very easy to miss due to email traffic.
8. WHEN CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
for pre-order items, we follow the Normal ETA (4-7 weeks) for South Korea to PH shipping after the items are picked up from our Korean address. for onhand items, we can schedule the shipping or the delivery of your order as soon as you settle your balance.
9. I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE MY SHIPPING INFORMATION. WHAT DO I DO?
we follow NORMAL ETA. this means it will take 4-7 weeks for your item/s to be delivered from Korea to our local PH address. NORMAL ETA starts the moment your item is picked up from our KR address by the courier. however, please take note that there will be inevitable delays due to the following reasons:
COVID-19 restrictions in some drop off points. this varies for different regions in the PH
Supplier delays. in some instances, there are unavoidable manufacturing delays. the supplier adjusts the release dates of the item
Waiting for items within the same batch to arrive. in order to save on shipping costs, we organize the items that have release dates near each other into one batch/box. this is so we can provide the best rates
